This work is the mid-term group work of the Abstract Experimental Animation course I studied in City University of Hong Kong.

Black and white ink is required as the main visual style,

Using charcoal and ink to splash, smear, and draw patterns on paper,

And then scan into the computer to create through AE, PR and other video editing software.

作品名为“Sashimi”,即日文的“刺身”;

The work is called "Sashimi ";

The creation of abstract experimental animation abandons the "storytelling" emphasized in traditional film and television production.

Instead focusing on visual "immersion," "avant-garde aesthetics,"

Thus challenging the visual habits of the audience, so that they can produce a variety of interpretations of the work.

实验影像可作为当代艺术中新媒体艺术下的子类别,在影像作品展或放映会中呈现;

Experimental Animation can be presented in video exhibitions or screenings as a sub-category of contemporary art under new media art;

At the same time, because of its "non-narrative", it is suitable to be used as an "ambient background" in public Spaces, such as bars, shopping malls and other entertainment places.

Break the boundaries between art and life.

In addition to being shortlisted for the festival,

I recut it and render it,

As VJ,  with musician C.A.O.,

Held an Live performance at the Blackstone Apartment in Shanghai,.
